Let her go. We tend to

Hold fast our Best & Brightest

As if we cannot let-them-move on.

“RBG” worked hard — and long, not for herself;

But for us. We have to get-over hanging-on

To those who fight beyond their Being.

As if we can never groom another

Heroine/Hero to do those difficult

Socio-Political favors, for us.

The Honorable Ms. Bader-Ginsberg held on,

As long as she could..and almost made it

To that promising date in early November.

Though she must have been in constant pain.

Anyone might guess a small statue person as she,

Approaching the ripe older age of 90

Finally needed this escape,

If only to find her Self.
